Prosper Media's inception came from a need. A need to help small to medium size businesses to navigate the new world. When the pandemic hit, it affected many local businesses like yours. Forcing them to sell their products and services online. More than 200,000 Canadian businesses shut down for good.
I was working as a General Manager of a local gym at that time, and when the pandemic hit, we were forced to close. Afterward, when the government allowed us to open up, the gym wasn't able to survive the financial burden.
Even before the pandemic hit, I found great success in my venture with marketing. We started to get great attraction, ready to go full-time. But then it comes all caving in, with shutdown mandates and covid spreading like fire.
Knowing every great entrepreneur needs to be resilient and quick on their feet for new opportunities. I decided to sharpen my skills in marketing and partnered with my friend who was working with a marketing agency.
He saw that we could help many local businesses tremendously. He experienced that marketing agencies tend to focus on clients with larger marketing dollars and push off smaller-budget clients like you.
